the effects of a proper Warm-up and cool down are widly accepted to be good practice particularly warming up before teeing off!

but a cool down from a round of golf, is not usually standard practice however, if you had problems with back and knee joints and muscles, then i would suggest streaching for 5 mins after a round of golf to help maintain supplety!

The walk to the parking lot is enough of a physical cool down. We're golfing, not playing rugby or soccer! A nice shower followed by a favorite beverage offers an excellent mental cool down.
