All four of us ladies in the office where I work want to loose weight. We have decided to have a 'contest'. We are going to each put 75c in a jar each day. At the end of four months, the one of us who has lost the most weight will get the money. I don't care as much about the money as I do losing weight.

I got deployed to Iraq in Sept of 05. I got a divorce in Oct 05. I got engaged to a soldier from my unit in Jan 06. I have recently started talking to my Ex Wife via email. Is this wrong of me? I am starting to really miss her bc I never really got to explain anything to her and we have always been close and been able to talk about anything. she knows that I am engaged and is not holding it against me, she still wants to be friends. Am I wrong for doing this???

I go to a racist school. I mean RACIST. I don't hang out with white people because they're racist. I hang with mostly blacks & latinos. What i don't about the blacks I hang out with is they make fun of me being african just as bad as the white people make fun of them. and then, when the racial stuff goes down they don't make fun of me anymore, I'm no longer an african. I'm black & i'm equal with them & I'M AUTOMATICALLY SUPPOSED TO BACK THEM UP. they do that to a lot of the africans at my school.

According to all optomitrists i've been to, i'm..'farsighted'..but honestly, I feel like I can't see either way. In fact, I actually feel more nearsighted than far. What's up with that? Currently, there isn't technology availiable for farsighted lasik surgery. If I were to get nearsighted treatment, would that improve my vision at all?

i did the disk cleanup thing and i think that erased volume control. I went back to control panel and tried to get it back to the taskbar, but it told me that i needed to install it again in the add/remove program so i went back to the windows components but there is nothing at all there about volume control....what do i do to get it back?

My boyfriend and I have been fighting like crazy. This is not normal. We both live together but now he went on a trip to his home state to soul search per my suggestion. Now I am not sure what to think, he took all his stuff, tells me he is for sure coming back but is staying there for at least 2 weeks. We have never been apart more then one week and I don't know how to act. If I call I feel like I am invading his space. If I don't call I feel like he does'nt think I love him. How do I handle this trip with him by giving his space but letting him know I still love him?
