i hope green wasn't a 3rd rder for you. you need another rb. pick up cedric benson and drop jeff reed. you don't need two kickers until bye weeks.

Looking at QB, you have two high risk, high reward players in new systems that should complement their styles and boost their stats. However, I would start Brees before Culpepper in Week One (Miami faces Pittsburgh while New Orleans goes against Cleveland). At this position, I would say not bad at all.
RB looks a little thin here. Clinton is a solid pick without a doubt. Green is still questionable. Thomas Jones will lose carries to Cedric Benson (and maybe even the starting position). T.J. Duckett will be used for short yardage situations and maybe goal-line stances. This area of your team does not impress me much totally.
At WR, having Owens and Ward will definitely boost your points for this team. Porter and Coles are risky since neither really distinguished themselves last season. However, look for Porter to bounce back. Coles is still a huge question mark regarding fantasy value.
Crumpler is a beast at TE and will be looked upon by Vick again this year to carry his armless talent once again for the Falcons. Even if Schaub does take over, Crumpler still will garner a lot of attention from whomever is under center. Stevens is coming into his own and will provide decent backup when Crumpler takes the BYE week or when Seattle meets an easy opponent.
Seahawks and Giants Defenses should gain some additional points, especially N.Y.'s acquisition of Lavar Arrington. These squads should remain stout and consistent throughout the season.
Vanderjagt should actually have a worse season, since he will be exposed to more outdoor venues than when he was in Indy (Dallas's stadium roof can remain open for games). Reed has been a reliable and strong kicker with Pittsburgh, so I would not be surprised to see Reed start before Vanderjagt on some teams.
Oakland and Dallas have the same BYE week (look at WR) as do Atlanta and Seattle (look at TE). You might be able to escape the WR issue with 4 players, but you need another TE since Jerramy Stevens and Alge Crumpler have the same week off. Either try for a bench TE trade or just cut Stevens for another backup TE. It is always important to know when your players' BYE weeks coincide so you can get the best possible lineu for your fantasy team.
Good luck this season.

Not bad if everyone lives up to full potential, but you have a bunch of questions marks. Culpepper's knee? Drew Brees' shoulder? I think both these guys will be lucky if they play 8 games. Ahman Green's durability? I think I'd go get Davenport for my bench. Terrell Owens??? Tick Tick Tick Tick....Boooommmm! Duckett only has value if he gets traded or two other Atlanta RB's get hurt. It's a coin toss as to who will get the starting RB job in Chicago so Jones is a coin toss.
You probably picked about mid round (5-6) an you're picks probably went 1. Portis, 2. Owens, 3. Green, 4. Culpepper 5. Ward. I like Portis, I like Ward, and the other three would scare me.

Your QBs have both been hurt and will be good after a few weeks. Green is obviously a big question mark, he might not even keep his starting job all year. The rest of your starters look solid. I love the backups at TE and D. Jones and Duckett get about half a game tops, but that's why they are on the bench. Porter should be good but I've thought that for years, Coles is a big ?? with the QB situation there. I'd give you a 7/10 with potential for up to a 9/10 based on your QBs. Look for another RB or be a WW vulture and get one a few weeks in for Duckett.

i wish you probably did not waste 2 severe possibilities on TE's. Heap might want to be pretty solid, yet you want some extra ideal RB's. i imagine Portis and Lewis could have extra ideal years this twelve months then very last, yet Barlow is about ineffective (see if Frank Gore is provided). i ought to in my opinion unload Miller (yeah, he's solid, yet...) and %. up Toomer. Braylon Edwards (i.e. Penis Breath, lengthy tale, i'm a Lions and MSU Spartans fan) must have a adequate twelve months you may evaluate procuring and promoting him or one among your different 2 WR's. Toomer has a much extra ideal document with Eli Manning then Plaxico and that i ought to search for Toomer to save up his #'s he had over the 2d 0.5 of the season. have a glance at NFL intensity charts to make certain if there are any attainable beginning RB's on the waivers. an generic beginning RB is extra ideal then a good backup (except the backup is on the Chiefs). Chris Brown is an damage waiting to take position and that i doubt Barlow will see almost all of includes this twelve months. It purely is going to illustrate the consistent change contained in the NFL. 2 years in the past, Barlow replaced right into a late 1st, early 2d round %.. per chance take a flyer on Cedric Benson if his proprietor would not choose too a lot. you've a good team, yet you should wish a range of of gamers to have breakout seasons (Portis, Lewis - back, Bledsoe), to have a authentic danger. what percentage managers are on your league? i ought to guess 10, per chance 12. something a lot less then 10 communities, and also you may likely get smoked.

Daunte Culpepper is a big risk and Ahman Green is horrible. Just horrible. You need to get Cedric Benson if you have Thomas Jones.

how good is my fantasy football team? Not very if you ask me.
Daunte is injured and hopefully will be back at the beginning of the season. Still, i dont think he is that great of a quarterback.
Portis is good, Green is not. A huge injury risk, and with Favre at the helm, Packers will throw the ball a lot more than they will run.
Ward OK, Owens = ?. Owens is a good receiver IF he plays the whole entire season and thats a big IF.

Too many question marks for me. You're banking a lot on Culpepper (reconstructive knee surgery), Green (injury problems, not sure he has "it" anymore), Owens (see also "@$$, jack").

You might want to drop Green and find another RB.
