My friend is unmarried. She is planning to get married in a year or two. She says 1) A lot of guys look at her and try to be friendly if she is dressed simple even when her make-up runs out and her hair is dishelleved. She is a average Jane when it comes to her looks. But nobody gets friendly if she dresses up attractively. Is her statement correct 2) When she pursues the guys, she says she gets shunned down. But when she keep to herself, the guys get inqusitive about her and start trying to attract her. Will decent guys explain the above two points? Since I am confused I cannot agree/dis-agree with her.

The city that I live in is going through a massive heatwave that doesn't show any signs of ending. The apartment that I live in is so hot (can't afford A/C) that I had to pack a suitcase and go to my moms. Problem is she has a cat and I am really allergic to cats and even though I'm popping allergy meds it doesn't seem to be helping. She doesn't have anywhere to send her cat and I would never ask her to because he's pretty much all she has right now other then me for compainship. I don't have many friends other then my ex bf but I'm worried that if I temp. move in with him it will ruin what relationship we do have. I can't go back to my apartment because I don't get proper rest and it's impossiable to do anything in there cuz it feels like a sauna. Can't afford a hotel either. What should I do?

is it ok to eat green peas raw?
i just ate a big bowl of them, my boyfriend says that it causes terrible indigestion and nobody eats them like that and you are supposed to cook them first

My mom asked me this question because she was mad that I gave like 35 dollars out of my first paycheck to my church, and I said, cuz its 10% tithe, and she was like, "where in the bible does it say that?" So.. Please help! lol.. I know it says bring ur first, and then something like, bring it into the storehouse but.. I know 10 percent is in there somewhere or is just something the church made up?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 42" Panasonic plasma ED monitor and wall mount it over the fireplace. The question that I have is where should/would I place/hook up/mount the rest of the equipment, i.e. DVD player/ Cable Box/ VCR, etc... There is no mantel over the fireplace. So the TV will be mounted right above the fireplace, but I am not sure where how would the rest of the equipment be placed/ hooked up?
