If we are doesn't that mean being the son of God is his child, such as, oh lets say Jesus? Then why is he better or different than the rest of God's children? He wasn't the first born. Does God favor one of his kids over the rest? Yes they say he died for us, but many people have gave their life to save another.

You're right-- many people have given their lives for the greater good. Jesus' martyrdom has no special significance beyond what Paul made of it. We are God's children, if that is the imagery you prefer. Another image is that God is the Ocean, and we are the Waves.

We ARE all God's children... and yes... Jesus WAS God's first born... as Spirit...
as Spirit children we lived with God in Heaven... and Jesus is our older brother... the most perfect... the most obedient... so perfect and obedient that Jesus' will and God's will are the same...
then we were sent to earth to gain the gift of a physical body and to be tested to see if we would do all that God commands...
God has a physical body... the Brother of Jared saw his finger... and Joseph Smith saw both God and Jesus...
God was worried about some people not making it back to Heaven because of the test... so Jesus said that HE would pay the price for any mistakes that WE made... Jesus PROMISED us that he would do this for us... because of his love for each and every one of us...but we have to accept his help...
Jesus was born a Spirit child of God... and he is also born a Physical child of God... the ONLY Begotten Son of God...
Jesus needed this because no normal human could have taken upon himself all the sins of the world and survived the pain and anguish... of which we can probably not even imagine ( I can't anyway)...

First of all, Jesus isn't just any old body, He is God (the Holy Trinity...Father, Son, Holy Spirit). And YES, He certainly is better than the rest of us, He is sinless, we aren't. As far as Jesus dying for all of humanity, how on earth can you possibly compare what he did to what someone else did to save another person? I think you really need to get to a good Bible study and learn something. I find your question insulting to Jesus, God and Christianity in general.

Yes, we are God's children (if we have sincerely committed our lives to God through what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross).
Jesus is better/ different from the rest of "God's Children" because...
Jesus is God in human form...

Here is a brief synopsis of the Trinity:
There is only ONE God. He manifests himself in three personas/persons/manifestations for the purposes of the redemption of, and relationship with, human beings.
Contrary to what some people say, there is nothing irrational or illogical about this concept (of the Trinity).
For an explanation (and defense) of the doctrine of the Trinity, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/sect/doc/trinity.html

Jesus is the first born and the first resurrected. God was Jesus in the flesh....so it was Him, but as a "seed" so therefore His "son".....Christians are brothers and sisters "in Christ".....And yes, God has had some that were special to Him.....(David, for example, as the "apple of God's eye...")

we are God's children. GOd has a different calling for everyone.
If u are willing to follow God's call ,he will guide . there are ppl who turn a deaf ear to GOd's voice and accuse GOd of playing favourite when they see obedient ppl sucessful .
ESp if they are in trouble as a result of them obstinately sticking to their own will

Yes! but Jesus died for ALL of us,he hurt badly and it was all for us, he had needles and pins stuck through his stomach, legs..even through his head..he did something none of us would do, I think. For example, would you die for someone by getting needles and pins stuck through your whole body. Jesus died for the whole world, lets put it that way.
