Not sure how young you are, but if you go to school, tell your counseler at school. They have a lot of resources for things like this. They may even be able to help you. I feel bad for you. I suffer from anxiety and depression and have for the last 5 years and had to deal with it completely ALONE. It is hard. Just give it another day. Always tell yourself that. It will be o.k. It is more normal almost these days to be depressed (unfortunately) than it is to not be depressed. It just happens. Sometimes, for no reason at all. It'll really be o.k.

if no one from your family can or will help, seek out your school counsellor or school nurse. there should also be some type of "psychology" person at your school. frequently there are also school peer groups to get involved with. additionally, there are hot lines to call (look in the phone book) that can give you additional information. can you give us any more insight as to why your parents refuse to acknowledge your depression? best of luck to you

I GENERALLY FEEL THAT PARENTS HAVE BETTER KNOWLEDGE THAN THE CHILDREN. HOWEVER, PLEASE CALL YOUR DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (COUNTY GOVERNMENT). THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A COUNSELOR AND A PSYCHIATRIST FOR YOU AT NO COST. YOUR PARENTS DO NEED TO GET INVOLVED, FOR YOUR SAKE. GOOD LUCK.
