Holistic/alternative vets recommend it. It is used for gardening though, so I'm a bit concerned about using it on my dog. Looking for a second opinion. Thanks!

for at least the last 6 weeks i have had an extremmely bloated stomach n even white watery stufff came out my sore bloated boobs and i was a week and half late. but the tests i took said negative i came on yesterday heavier than usual and it was a even more redder than normal. i did experience quite a lot of pain in my side a for a few days before and it felt nothing like period pains. also i was scarred it was an ectopic pregnancy can u lose them naturally or do u av 2 have surgery? please answer if u av ne ideas bout both questions
