ahi ahi ahi...
"I'd like to get back to my little 59" is the litteral translation, but is not very meaningful out of context.

59 is definitely NOT a size (or not a usual one...). A small girl size in France is a 38 (would be a 6) or a 40 (an 8), but not a 59 (sizes are always pair numbers, both for girls and men).
It could be a department, or an arrondissment in Paris? an address?

I would return well in my "PTI 59"

Could be a car maybe. Depends on the situation it is being used

I can get into my little 59 well. French speakers shorten "petit" into pti when they use e-mail or write short notes. 59 could be a car or a dress size.

Well pti isn't a word. But it says I would have returned (returned is emphasised) in my pti 59.

Depending on what was stated before it could mean a number of things but on it's own it literally translates as:

I'd definitely get back in my little 59

pti=petit (little) it is internet abbreviation, as is "u"=you for English speaker's.

If you're reading from a French Forum or something like that and you want to know what these type of abbreviations mean, use the same rules as you do in English. It's about phonetics, pronounce the letters (in French) and it will spell a French word. Naturally you need to know the French Alphabet to do it correctly.

As a French i've never heard of that expression. It could be used for the size of a dress, but in france 59 is a size for overweight people (the standard size is 38 or even 36..)
It could be a private joke...
Well honnestly i have not the slightest idea of what it means...

Have you tried posting this on the French Q&A? (Click on the French flag at the bottom of the page) Someone there might know the significance of 59.
