Set up a gmail account and give this addy out when you sign up for anything, then if you receive any spam 'cos of this there is a facility on gmail where you can bounce it back to the sender. Thus giving them a message that your e-mail address doesn't exist.
You have to be invited to join gmail so let me know if you want me to invite you

I don,t think you can ever stop spam but the worst thing you can do is reply to it in any way. At least that,s been my experience. If you try to unsubscribe then you get mail from other sites because your address is verified.

Don't click on unsubscribe! They'll know their random mail went to a live email address!

Answering a spam e-mail just indicates that the e-mail address is active.
Mark it as spam.
