Yesterday on CBS online news, there was an item about the cops catching the vampire guy and charging him with rape and sodomy. He hung out in a chat room about vampires and lured girls to cemetaries at night and did his stuff.

What kind of person meets somebody online and then goes at night to a cemetary to meet him? What is in their minds? I mean, even if they never heard about online predators?

I've recently had the Hindu symbol of good luck tatooed on my forehead. A friend of mine noticed that from certain angles it looks a bit like a nazi swastika!

My fiance and I have been together since before his son (who is now 2) was born. His son's mother--we'll call her Laura--and I have not gotten along very well in the past, but we are all trying our very best to behave. In order to further this hopefully permanent peace, I was considering inviting Laura and her husband up for dinner on a Sunday evening. This way she can see our house and that it is decent and clean, and she won't be able to claim she has never been able to inspect her son's living arrangements. However, she has an issue with her son calling me "mommy", although it is well established that children in situations like this will call both sets of parents "mommy and daddy" until they reach about three. One of my fears is that he will start calling me mommy, and she will pitch a fit in our house. Is having them over for dinner a bad idea?

I've read up about it and I'm pretty sure that I have it. It really inhibits my social life. I have major issues with people judging me in almost any situation. I don't go hardly anywhere unless it is absolutely urgent and even then I get anxiety when I have to do it. Even something as simple as talking on the phone to a stranger bothers me (I have to rehearse the entire conversation). I know my thoughts are irrational and no one is really judging me harshly but I can't get over the anxiety. How do I overcome this?
