has anyone seen the new series of charmed being aired on channel 4? im not sure what season it is but

A RN worked for AK DOC in 2005 and became involved with my brother who was an inmate. He was a "patient" and under care and custody of DOC. My brother served almost 20 years in prison. He was to be released in a couple of months. He committed suicide in late May '06 due to relationship problems with the ex-DOC nurse/"girlfriend."

I filed a complaint with the AK Department of Commerce Community and Economic Development/board of nursing, and I was notified today that they would not pursue the complaint due to "The statues and regulations that govern the practice of nursing in the State of Alaska do not prohibit a licensed nurse from becoming personally involved with a patient or inmate."

Nothing will bring my brother back. I know she violated some guidelines, what are they specifically? I live in AZ, but this took place in Alaska.

She abused her power/authority as an employee. My brother was in no emotional and mental state to get involved with a person of authory. Thanks.

A police officer stops a car for speeding and there are four occupants; two men in the front seat and two in the back seat. The officer notices a small baggie of marijuana on the console between the two men in the front seat. Can he arrest all four for possession? If not, who gets arrested? I was walking alongside the Lake Michigan beachshore yesterday, while the waves were high and fierce. A busty girl wearing a bikini was swimming in the water. She was coming up to wave hello to her friend who just arrived, when the wave caught her bikini top just right, and brought it down to her waist, leaving her boobs hanging out for all to see. It took every ounce of control within me not to laugh at the poor girl (Yes, she was a foxy one in case you're wondering) and I froze in amazement. She actually handled it well, by saying to me, "Bet you weren't expecting a floor show on the beach today were you?" laughed about it, then dove under the water to get her top back on. I've been swimming Lake Michigan for years, and that is the first time I ever saw that happen. Any of you girls brave enough to admit a time it happened to you, and how you handled it?
