My boyfriend and I have been going out for a year and half. I met him at college. This summer we are living 300 miles apart and we have three weeks till we go back to school. I broke up with him last night. My great grandma died and he didn't even see if i was okay or called me. I was just so upset i broke up with him. Should i call him back or wait to he calls me?

Well, why did you guys broke up with eachother? Oaky, if you think he still likes you then wait till he calls you.Or if you can't wait then call him and tell him anything you want.But maybe you don't have anything to say tell him that you are very upset and want to talk to him about the things that is going on....

First thing, did he know of your loss of your Great Grandmother?
If he didn't, then you can't fault him for not calling. Of he did, then you have to wonder about him, and his feelings towards you. Any caring person, would at least call you and see how you feel. She may not have been close to you, so the grief, may not have been to bad. But the least he could have done, is to check in with you.
Now you have a double whammy, losing her and him, in such a short time.
If he cares for you, he should call, if for no other reason, but to tell his side of the story. He could have some good excuse for not calling then, but he needs to call you back, and tell his story.
If he doesn't call you, then, it seems you did the right thing, as that will prove his lack of caring for you.

It sounds like you just broke up with him because at the moment, you were at the highest level of insecurity and upset, you felt that the one person who cares about you should have been there with you pronto. Just call him back and tell him why you broke up with him and that you're really sorry. Good luck!

no not right now. wait for a wk. then just email. dont say anything to him about how sorry you are or how you feel bad. this will just make it worse. this article has some great tips on relationship, breakups, love etc...... that will help you out more
