Has anyone actually seen or heard theirs?
How can you communicate with them?

Mat 18:10 "See that you don't look down on one of these little ones, because I tell you that in heaven their angels continually view the face of My Father in heaven.
Psa 91:11 For He will give His angels orders concerning you, to protect you in all your ways.
Psa 91:12 They will support you with their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
These scriptures, in conjunction with other verses, might lead us to believe that there are guardian angels assigned to watch over persons in some fashion, but I would hesitate to proclaim it as a fact.
In any case, we should not attempt to "talk" to an angel and we certainly should never "pray" to an angel.
Luk 11:1 He was praying in a certain place, and when He finished, one of His disciples said to Him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John also taught his disciples."
Luk 11:2 He said to them, "Whenever you pray, say: Father, Your name be honored as holy. Your kingdom come.

As you can see, "angels" are messengers of varying fashions.
Exercise caution in what you might see, there are many deceiving spirits out there just looking for an opportunity to trip you up!

I don't wish to bore you with the details of experiences but yes I firmly believe that we all have a Guardian Angel. Yes, you can communicate with them and there are lots of websites and good books that can enlighten you further.

I heard mine once a few years back. I was crossing the road and just as i was about to take a step of the pavement I heard someone call my name. I stopped and looked back but there was no one there but just as i turned around again there was this huge truck going by. I would have certainly had been knocked down if I had gone ahead as planned and I do believe it was myguardian angel who save me then.

Yes, there have been miracles in which people have witnessed the aid of their guardian angel. Can you communicate with them, yes through prayer.

Judging by the amount of freak accidents, i'd say no. Unless their guardian angels just have a sadistic streak.

Everyone has a guardian angel. It speaks of this in the Bible. They protect us many times and we can have faith that they will help us if we ask them too. As Catholics, we say this daily prayer to our angels:
"Angel of God, my guardian dear,
To whom God's love commits me here.
Ever this day be at my side,
To light, to guard, to rule and to guide. Amen."

I believe we have guardian angels...I believe my g-pa is my guardian angel...I can't explain it but I can feel him looking over my shoulder...pushing me to do better in life and keeping me safe from harm...I don't know about being able to communicate with our guardian angels, but I do know that if you deserve one, you have one.

I like to think that my guardian Angel (or Angels) are our loved ones (friends and family) that have died and are watching over us.

Mine is always sitting on my shoulder - often giving me advice - and hitting me with guilty pangs whenever I am about to do something stupid. I learned this childhood prayer - try it
O, Angel of God,
my Guardian dear

from what i am taught as a spiritualist , we don't have guardian angels as such ( as angels would have more heavenly duties )
we do however have spirit helpers and it would be their duty to follow you through life , not putting things before you or saving you from harm but giving you gentle nudges in the right direction and speaking to you from your heart ( that inner voice )
so listen to that voice and feel the love that is there
