i suggest explaining it so them first. voicing your concern for their, well, concern shows you care about them and their daughter. it was pretty silly to get one on your forehead but its been done. so now you must move foreward and face the concequences. i would love to see a picture of the symbol to see what you are talking about. good luck and i hope they understand. make it a little better by being a great boyfriend and showing her parents a ton of respect.

I would have to say you messed up big time.
To the orthodox jews the body is a temple and you do not deface a temple.
Her parents will probably never accept you with any markings on your body.... With a nazi swastkia on your farhead don't expect to be invited to Passover often if at all.
Has your girl friend seen it? I just have to wonder how she feels about it being raised in an orthodox home.

Man that's a tough one-- I don't think they would be offended by what is tattooed on your for head but the fact that you have a tattoo on your for head in general or anywhere on your body because orthodox Jews aren't hip on tattoos form a religious stand point

A tattoo on someone forehead would offend most all parents. No matter their religion or what it looks like.

Yes they will be offended. Why would you risk it anyways. I would cover it up as best as I could and then get it lasered off if you ever realy want a good chance at a relationship.

i don't think the reason your girlfriend's parents would be disturbed is because the symbol looks like a swastika. it's on your forehead, dude! you could have tweetie bird on your forehead and i think it would have the same effect:-)

Dermablend.....a waterproof cosmetic available online for just that reason! Wait until you know them better before you unveil your tattoo....they will respect you for being that kind. I think you're awesome for thinking of their feelings. Good Luck.

I think you should explain what the symbal mean. If they still get the wrong idea ask your girlfriend to expain and maybe then her parents might forget about it.
