the last time i went to a church was a very long time ago. i lived in virginia at the time. i went to non-denominational churches and baptist churches. there was also a methodist church. my whole family, at least the one's who are church goers are protestant. i always did consider all the different denominations unnessisary. i never was moved to join a church, even when i wanted to. you have so many different denominations in the protestant world and you have the catholic church with all it's saints and an infallibile human being at it's head, that i just never was moved by the holy spirit of god to join a divided church. you know the original definition of heresy was division. one who causes division is a heretic. this comes from the apostle paul's epistles.
i was never a fan of everything the apostle paul wrote. i have always had the feeling that he was out to corrupt the teaching of the church to make it more palatable to roman citizen sensibilities. i honestly cannot say that any current church has ever inspired me to join, because it's constructed(catholic, byzentine and protestant) by constantine's people and the sell outs to the roman government of the hundreds AD. yet you have to understand that the people who did that did it because the roman goverment had murdered uncountable christians before that.
the important thing is that we are all one, no matter what the religious label, or lack thereof.

Church is not for losers. I go to a Baptist church and love it. I feel that has long as the church reads the Bible and teaches from the Bible then go there regardless of the religion that it is known for!@

A Bible teaching, Christ honoring, Holy Spirit led, non-denominational church. Denominations were men's idea, not God's and they're a bad idea. http://www.alcf.net
My Pastor is an annointed teacher of the Word. He's on over 60 radio stations nationwide and our ministry is the fastest growing small radio ministry in the country. Check him out @ http://www.oneplace.com/ministries/enduring_truth

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
I love my church and the people there. Everyone shows everyone else a lot of love, and they don't try to bash other religions. We'll tell you what we believe, and if you disagree, then that's your thing. It's nice to see people who don't judge others because of their beliefs. So many people have different beliefs than me, but I'm not going to spread lies or attack them for it...and I don't like it when others do it either. Everyone has the right to their own beliefs. God gave us that, and the government gave us that. It's called freedom of religion.
I know this is a lot more information than you asked for, but I love my church, and felt compelled to tell you about it.
What about you? What church do you belong to?

I do not attend church because the leaders but words in your mouth which affect your thought process and soon you will say things and believe things that you have not properly thought through. Read Walter Kaufmann's "The Faith of a Heretic" or other of his books. He is a clear thinker.

Don't you find it odd that these people who claim to not believe in God, don't go to church and don't waste their time with it, are wasting their time answering this, a question asking what sect of religion they are, when they don't even have one? Strange, very strange people. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
