I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and I KNOW my lungs are fighting for space. This heart pounding breathlessness didn't happen with my first pregancy and this happens about 6 times per week. I can be doing absolutely nothing, or standing, or sleeping, or bathing or cooking or like I said NOTHING at all. Suddenly I loose my breath and it is the most miserable thing. My husband (doctor) and my doctor haven't provided a solution. I'm not easily scared, but am I gonna feel like this during delivery (c-section before)? Is there anything you did or do that helped you not feel like you were about to pass out? Please help. Thank you all.

hi,
I have a friend who is very smart and can outdo any logical argument on why cheating is wrong. He has a lovely girlfriend and keeps cheating on her. I have stated the obvious (it damages trust, it makes the other person feel inadequate, std´s...) but he always comes away with a logical reason why it really doesn´t matter. in his favor, his girlfriend seem open to it, or at least turns a blind eye...what can i say?? should i simply give up? I don´t know why i get so angry about it!

I have used home remedys like a bar of palmolive soap under my sheets, to tonic water and a couple of tablespoons of mustard to relieve or deter leg cramps. All the solutions I hear, including forcing yourself to think of other things like the furniture around you, don't really help very much. You can't block out your thoughts forever, and that's not really how confident people think. Even if I realize intellectually that other people aren't paying attention, it doesn't really make a difference emotionally, since it's not a switch that you can just turn on and off at will.
