Please recommend a well respected English translation (with perhaps the beautiful Arabic script in parallel).

And a good commentary. . .that may contemplate that readers come from a Judaic and/or Christian background. . .so cross referencing with the Hebrew/Christian Bibles.

Also. . .is there a daily/weekly reading schedule or Lectionary that corresponds with the 52 weeks in a year? (The Torah readings work this way. . .Christianity has something similar but on a 2 or 3 year cycle.)

whenever i play my trumpet anymore i tend to squeaze it with my left hand rather hard. i don't mean to but when i get done playing my left wrist hurts, it feels tight or cramped and i have to stretch it a bit then it feels better. the bad thing is that i don't know that im doing it until after im done playing.
so what can i do to not grip it as hard; got any suggestions.

belive it or not 10 months ago I came to the USA and I didn't know a word of English ,I went to a normal middle School and I still didn't know a word of English.It was really hard for me to be in a class where every one spoke English .But I took it off and now I can speak English as if I was a normal American kid.You can't imagine how hard it is to be in the middle of people that speak only a language that you don't understand.So now i am doing a sort of comunity survey about kids that don't speak english.
