on i am 5 11.5 male 149lbs with roughly 13% fat. how can i gain weight? i eat alot but my motablism usualy gets rid of it all quickly. so i have some old weight gainer and some protine powders. should i use thes to gain weight? i dont normaly work out any more ether i am bussy or too lazy. also how do motovate mye self to work out more? and mortovate my self ingeneral

If a person is drunk and exhibits a common behaviour that is found in many people under the influence of alcohol, then is "dry" for a period of time and experiences normal human mood fluxuations, why does Alcoholics Anonymous say he is on a "dry drunk"? Seems to me like it is a no win situation within the AA doctrine. What is going on here and is it healthy to make such comments to people trying to abstain from alcohol and other drugs?

You dont have to worrie about housing, food, work, ect...
the government takes care of all that, you dont evin have to make decisions either. its perfick, you just do what your asked and the government takes care of everything.
