Cook her dinner, let her know that you support her feelings, encourage her, just be with her... be extra sweet... do things for her.

I know it's an overwhelming thing not to be able to show somebody, other than physically, that you love them. The things that you have listed (other than "adult things") are pretty much necessary when it comes to showing someone you love them. The only real answer for this question, is do what feels right to you. Remember, don't worry about anybody else's thoughts but your own and your girl's, others can contort your life if you let them.

Respect. it's really the little things that mean so much to women. Call her in the middle of the day and tell her you were thinking of her and hang up before she can answer. Bring her a flower without explanation. Scratch her back just because...

Take her on a date unexpectedly - one where you make all of the arrangements as opposed to asking her where she wants to go. Surprise her by giving her a gift certificate at a spa or to get a facial and manicure/pedicure.

Have dinner waiting for her when she gets home along with a hot bubble bath, candles and wine.

Help her do things around the house without her having to get angry or beg. Open doors for her. Buy her flowers, cards, anything...for no reason at all! I think I need a new boyfriend!

The little things mean a lot. Just showing her that she is on your mind during the day. Random phone calls just to check up on her are good. I know it may sound kinda corny but its true.

I really know my husband really loves me when I do something really stupid, and he doesn't jump all over me, but laughs with me and says "don't sweat the small stuff" or "turn the page".

I was painting our bedroom once and spilled the paint bucket all over the carpet.....He laughed and helped me clean it up.

We know we are loved in the rough times, not in the good times.

Flowers and cards are nice too..................

Find something that she would really love, like an activity or object that relates to her interests, and attach a card to it saying how you REALLY feel about her.

when my husband stops at the gas station for whatever and he comes out and he has those flowers with the bears inside them i love that alot and its a surprise so that shows me that he loves me and cares for me too. if you are old enough you could take her out to dinner dont tell her where you are going just say dont make plans for such and such date and get dressed causal niceness and take her out to the olive garden or if you can afford to tell her to get dressed fancy and take her somewher really nice. or you can just make dinner at home and cuddle with her and talk.

send her flowers and a love note. It seems corny, but believe me it works. Read nicholas sparks books. They really are good.
