About 3 and a half hours... probably 4... PLUS the time you'll spend in the ADUANA (CUSTOMS) line....

Take the Panoramic Road (you have to make a right once you are in Tijuana, follow the US BOrder fence and make a left in the Panoramic Route signals (Ruta Panoramica)

Make a Stop in the way in Rosarito, and eat the most delicious Lobster you'll ever find.

Depends on the LA to San Diego traffic

110 miles to SD and another 50+/- to Ensenada

That sounds like about 3 hours with a small delay at the border
