This is a question for your doctor. I'd make an appointment and discuss it with him/her directly.

I've gotten two periods in a month before. It can happen. It all depends on when you started. If you start at the beginning of a month it can be easy to start it again at the end of the month cause there's more then 28 days to most months and that's the time between periods.

Sometimes periods are irregular. If one is at the beginning of the month and one at the end, it's just because your cycle is short. If you regulary have periods that are really close together, you need to talk to a gynecologist.

it's possible if one started at the end of one month and ended in another .. and then the next one started that same month. If you are talking about them starting within 21 days or less of each other (the first day of your period) then there may be a problem and you should see a gynocologist.

Having 2 periods in one month is not all that unusual if you are really young. You could always see a doctor if you wanted, or you could talk to your mom & she can help. Don't worry too much though...it should all even out as you get older (assuming you are really young).

That used to happen to me... your periods are just irregular. See your ob/gyn and talk about getting on some birth control. It really helped me. After about two months on the birth control your periods should be regular.

You usually get a period every 25-28 days.

So if you got your period on July 1st (you start counting for your next period on the day you get your period), then you might easily get another period in very late July -- twice in a month.

You get your cycle every 28 days, if you are "normal" (most of us aren't though). This could also mean that your hormonal balance is off. Your best bet is to talk to an OB/GYN. They can answer any questions you have and get you on a more regular schedule.

You ovulated twice. Our body chemistry changes every 7 years and it's not beyond the norm for our ovaries to put out multiple eggs....you hit estrogen overload this month.
