Is belief in Santa is as valid as religious belief?

Does anyone still believe in Santa, of course not, we are told its all a lie to make us feel happy when we are young, and a reason to behave or else you wont get presents. Well with the inventors of most religions now long dead and facts about them skewed or forgotten, then are we going to be doomed to forever have people out there who retain a belief in something so ridiculous? I want answers on why belief in a god which has no proof is any different than a belief in Santa in today’s age, both things can be said to be true, and neither of them show any signs of proof today except for in shopping malls and temples. So if I believe in a god who doesn’t show himself, why shouldn’t I wait up for the jolly fat man when neither of them will show up?
Oh and by the way, dont try and say that Santa can be disproved and God's cannot, i can prove the Christian god doesnt exist by looking at some of the tree's on earth that are older than the bible says the world is........

What do you do when you file for child support and arent getting it. My babies daddy has not paid his child?

support more than he has. My child is 4yrs old and I just filed like less than a year ago. Since then my babies daddy has quit a job and been fired from two jobs. Currently isnt working. In all honesty I'm tired of the hassle. Tired of calling child support office and waiting months before I start getting child support again. I'd rather him just sign his rights over and pay nothing. Any advice on how to get his rights taken away? He does drugs and is abusive. A very unfit father. I guess I need advice on what to do on my child support situation or how to get his rights taken away without it costing me lots or money? Can somone please help me?

My freind told me that Adolf Hitler was also against anyone who wasnt completely White. Is this true? Cause I know that Adolf Hitler wasnt completely white. He was born in Austria and was German. So if Hitlers plan succeeded, would he be committing suicide?
