i need to lower my cholesterol and i would like to do it with out medicene my ldl is 171 and my hdl is 46 please help me

I'm a really cute girl but everytime when I go out I mean ANYWHERE!I have 2 look perfect example:
1.hair done perfectly
2.make up done perfectly
3.dressing perfectly
3.and my clothes have 2 match everything of what I'm wearing
when I do look perfect I look like a model
its ok with me but
I'm fed up fixing my self 2 perfect and now I wont exept
2 look casual.
but I can look casual becoze I'm very cute without makeup and everything. THEN WHY CANT I?????

The company in question claim that they have sent a receipt for the deposit along with a copy of their terms and conditions. They say the terms and conditions outline that deposits are non refundable. Neither the receipt or T&C's have been received. Before paying the deposit in the first place the buyer asked the managing director of the company if his money would be paid back in the event he changed his mind and was told it would be in full. Now he denies that he said any such thing. Does it matter though? I have heard that case law was fought over this very same thing but it wasnt to do with a car purchase and as a result retailers have to return deposits. Can anybody help here?

I am the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding, and as such, am throwing the shower.

Since I have never been in a wedding (and only gone to one in my life, and never even been to a shower) and the other bridesmaids are as inexperienced as I am, I need a couple questions answered.

1) I have the venue picked out. We are having a wine tasting party at a winery (there will only be one minor there) , but need some suggestions as to what to do to keep the guests entertained after/before the tasting. (The bride DOES NOT want cheesy bridal shower games, she told me.)

2) She told me she knows who she wants to invite. How should I word the invites, and should I send the registry information in the invite?

3) Does she open up presents at the shower or is that tacky?

4) I was going to give away wine glasses with the winery's logo on them as the favor, and a tag with something like "Jim and Jenny Oct. 21, 2006" on them . Would that be ok?

Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

I have had it twice (2001 & 2005) and have successfully had the ops and radiotherapy and gone back to work. I am only asking as I have lost a dear friend to breast cancer a few weeks ago and she only found out about hers in January. Sorry to put this to you but until now I have had a very positive attitude.

I know it's an obvious answer but i need to see it from a male point of veiw. i was with my boyfriend for 12 days when everything came to a head and i ended up losing my virginity to him. before this happened he knew i was a virgin and he said he'd wait for me till i was ready. he treated me really nicely and spoiled me by bying me trainers taking me for meals and buying me credit for my phone. when we were about to have sex he was really sweet and didn't pressure me atall and asked if i was sure. afterwards when he could see how upset i was he told me not to worry that he reeli liked me and it wan't a 'f**k and chuck' thing. the next day we woke up together and i went home. we spoke to each other on the phone that night and for 3 days after. the last thing he said to me was 'your special to me' but since then he hasn't answered none of my calls, and we had an sms argument where i said he didn't deserve my virginity he just sed it was my problem. why would he change his mind so fast??
