Ah...I love Wikipedia.
See the link for details, but the smallest thing (on average) seen by the naked eye is 0.05mm.

Although I checked a few medical sites, I could not find anything that listed a range of "germ" sizes.
But apparently there are "germs" that are large enough to be seen by the naked eye.

you can only see the outer shell
just like right now
you can only see your hands and feet
and if you look in the mirror
then you can see your face
only if you look in the mirror
without the mirror
there is no face
only a mask you wear
so if you compare yourself to the size of the moon
you are dat small
yet your are the size of the moon
compared to a germ

nope, cause u cant make any kind of eye this small to fit in the little human - check out for visual senses of micro-life, like Euglena the flagellate. they have just light sensor so that they can tell the direction of light (by means of shading the sensor, by a lump of pigment, from different positions as they move) and act accordingly - move away from light or towards it, cause that is all they want and all they can hope for. So that would be our case if we were their size. Thats what i think

Technically, the resolution on the human eye does not allow us to see microorganisms. If the resolution of the eye was higher, then yes, it would be possible... but that would be a lot for the brain to handle.

germs don't have eyes.
also do not have developed brain to have visual perception.
so, if you were all that small, you possibly did not know what is vision.
