I saw some clips on TV of the astronauts in space and I noticed that there were a lot of old people there. I thought you had to be a young buck to be sent up into space... especially if you're going to live there for a while. Some of these people look like they're old enough to retire. What's the deal?

well theres this one guy that wants to go out with me and like i would but i dont know cause his friends are really good friends with me and they ask me if i want to go out with him but right now i dont know im really confused cause i still like my ex and it's been awhile since we broke up it's been at least 3 months i think and when he broke up with me he really mest things up for me

1. when my moms found out about him she told me not to talk to her and i felt really bad and now im not going out with him and my moms is like i dont know so it like wasnt worth it

Every day for the past year or almost 2years ive been getting on the train to work. And every now and then this girl gets on the same train as me over the months ive became attracted to her and ive noticed her looking at me and smiling trying to get my attention or at least it seems like that and i have kinda been doing the same back. But today not only did we get off at the same station but she was also walking to the same part of the town i was going to i was tempted to talk to her and she was kinda glancing over to me smiling but im too shy to attempt to speak to her and i dont know if she's flirting or not or if ive got the wrong idea. Im not a crazed stalker or anything! she just happens to be going to the same places at the same time as me. Im tempted to ask her out but dont know how to go about it in case i mess things up or she isnt intrerested or she mistakes me for a stalker!! cause if i do im on the same train as her every day! and id be so embarressed! what should i do?

I'm here on Bible Gateway, just read through Genesis chapter 1, I didn't read the name of Adam anywhere.

Are we to assume this is Adam, and if so, does this mean that Genesis is not the word for word of God?

I'm not trying to trick anyone here, its just I'm asking these questions one guy says Adam is made on day 8, and theres lots of different interpretations, don't see why if its not the word for word of God and its open to peoples interpretations, why is my interpretation that there is an evolution of man from a common ancestor a wrong interpretation? If its not the word for word of God, and again, I am not seeing Adam here in chapter 1, let me look one more time, hmm, not there.
