its easy to tell u , u have to stop thinking negative in every situation. but it takes time and so much of struggle to overcome with it.i do understand ur situation. but 1nce in a day just think about urself and ur health. when u do think negative ,negative always .even about ur physical health. u will kill and hurt urself mentally.most of our pysical problems and diseases are because of mental problems. tell urself today Today i wanna think possitive. while going out see everything nice possitive.
u need to relax more. with go swimming an hour a day!
u need to make urself busy, i just guess u dont have much things to do, thats why ur always in negative thoughts.
make urself busy with swimming ,dancing. walking, shopping.ur job if u have....we all die 1 day. so the best thing we have to try is,make ourself enjoy and take good care of our body and health!give ur self energy .when ur tensed when ur always worry ,when u always think negative , be sure sad things will happen again!
stop it.
let ppl love u not running away of ur negative energy that u progress.
take care. change ur life from now
see ya

Who knows if this will work for you, but I just said one day, "You know, this is a huge waste of time and energy." If you can't do anything about it, don't bother to think about it. I just stop and push it away. I also no longer believe in being nervous or embarrassed for the same reason.

You have to start looking at both sides of the issue. There are always a thousand great opportunities for every bad thing you can think of. And what generally happens in the end? NOT the bad stuff. I read an article that suggests writing down your worries and then going back and reading them later. You may be amused by what you were worrying about a month ago and it can help put your current worries into perspective, especially by seeing how things turned out.

I don't think you ever stop worrying. As we get older we just worry about diffrent things in varying degrees. I worry daily about my children's health. Every little cough or sneeze and I start to panic. Sometimes I have to just stop and tell myself, "everything will be ok!!!"

I do the same thing. I take adavan (its kinda like Zanax) for extreme anxiety, and take a wellbutrin SR everyday. It really has done a lot for me. Talk to your a doctor or nurse about this and try a medicine for anxiety.
