Rather than get rid of him, why not focus on his good qualities and become his friend. Brothers are useful commodities out there. Remember, you can pick your friends but he'll always be your brother.

Have him chop off a chicken's head and then tell your parents he did it to scare you (cry a lot to make it convincing). They'll send him away because they'll think he's disturbed. Then when you're older and happily married with your own children, you'll start to receive video tapes of YOU being watched. They'll be wrapped up in pictures of a bleeding neck. Eventually you'll run into your brother again, and then all sorts of bad things will ensue. You'll live with the guilt forever. Go for it!

Bad news.. he will probably be in your life the rest of your life in one form or another. Not sure how old you are, but If you are under 18 years old: you will probably actually like him someday.
