Adam was the first man. Created in the image of God. When Adam started feeling lonely, he created Eve. God allowed Adam & Eve to eat from any tree in the Garden of Eden, except one...The Tree of Knowledge. Eve, was tempted by the serpent to eat from that tree. Because of temptation, she ate from it, then made Adam eat from it. She disobeyed the Lord. The serpent was also condemned for that, and as punishment, he was forced to drag himself on his belly for eternity. But because they ate from the tree of knowledge, they were able to distinguish good from evil. Which is exactly what God wanted to prevent. Because sin would conquer the world.

Hope this helps!

God created Adam from the dust of the ground and then took out a limb from Adam to create the female, Eve. As a snake, Satan mislead Eve into eating from the forbidden fruit (notice i said fruit, no where in the Bible does it say it was an apple). Then Eve gave some of the fruit to Adam. They became imperfect and were kicked out of the Garden of Eden. You can find the story word for word in the first chapter of the Bible, Genesis.

both adam and eve and the eating the apple is both a myth. adam and eve might have existed, but not as the first people. I can prove it right in genesis. The apple is an assumtion that people have made. Also genesis was written by Moses wich was several millenia after "adam and eve" so how did he have a real clue about them as there was no written history of them?

Might not have answered your question, but gave you extra food for thought.

Adam was the first man to be made from God, then God thought he needs a companion so he made Eve from one of his ribs. They didn't believe in clothes then so nudity was totally normal. Then God had this garden for them with everything they could possibly want, but one tree with apples was not to be touched. Then the serpant (snake) convinced Eve it was alright to have an apple from the tree. And when God found out he banished them from his garden, and then life began after that with all the fighting, and lies. so yeah, sorry if I can't explain better than that. hey, i learned it from reading a children's bible, it's alot more interesting then the real thing.

Okay, Adam and Eve are in this paradise called Eden. It's full of lushous fruit trees and animals and it's just paradise. The one catch, they are naked and do not know that they are naked. God gives them this paradise and tells them that they can eat from any tree in the garden except for one tree, the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and Adam and God were very close at this time, it says that they walked together. All was good until Satan came into the garden disguised as a serpent and tricks Eve into eating a piece of fruit from the tree. She then gives Adam a piece and he eats as well. All of the sudden their eyes were opened and they saw that they were naked and had sinned. They had to wear clothing and were cast out of the garden and away from God because of their sin. This is known as Original Sin which we all are considered to have, it is what makes us human and weak and we all commit sins because of it.

I don't know if it's tru, caus Jesus never said nuthin about it.

I personally think the snake represents George W and the two people are like in Dumb and Dumber.

I mean...what kind of stupid idiots were they to fall for that lame-o story from the snake about the apple being a good thing?

Like - if THOSE are our common anscestors, no wonder we're all such a bunch of wacked-out, self-important morons, ruining the world.

Geeez!

God created Adam and Eve and put them in a garden. Genesis 1: 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. He told Adam not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Genesis 2: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Satan deceived Eve and she ate of the tree and she gave the fruit to Adam and he eat also. Genesis 3: 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. Today you are a sinner because of your gran pa Adam. You know right from wrong. Romans 5: 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: The scriptures does not tell us what kind of fruit it was, the apple tree is something that has been made up by man. Today we need somebody to take care of our sin and that is what the Lord Jesus Christ did when He died on the cross for our sins if we would believe and trust in that.

They ate some bad apples from the tree of life because Satan was all disguised as a snake and told 'em to, and their children survived and one was a bad boy and one was a good boy or something like that, and then goldilocks ate bad poridge at Grandma's house and the big bad wolf died because there was milk in the poridge and dairy is very bad for dogs. I hope that clears up your entire question.

Can you think of a better way to start the human family than with a man and a woman? Not wanting to change God's account, I will direct you to Genesis 2 & 3. The type of fruit is not mentioned.

It's the notion that all of the evil that has ever occurred in the entire history of humanity, all the torture and slaughter and persecution and conflict, all the disease and disaster, is due to one person plucking an apple off a tree 6,000 years ago. It is such a completely, staggeringly, breath-takingly stupid idea, that anyone who is even tempted to believe it should seek medical help immediately, before they go completely bonkers and start killing people.

Hope this helps...
