Are you referring to whether or not she's a virgin or if she's sexually active but not with you? If she's a virgin and there's penetration, tissue called the hymen will break and may cause some bleeding. You may be able to actually feel that barrier. If your referring to a cheating situation, it may not be that easy and a lot will depend upon hygiene. You can usually smell the difference of clean woman or one that's been "used".

You can't. Even if you were a doctor and could find the hymen (the tissue that is torn when a girl loses her virginity), doesnt mean she has not had sex. Sometimes a girl can have sex and still have an intact hymen. Also, a girl could have had some other incident happen, not related to sex, that caused it to "break".

no body can tell if anyone has had sex by looking down there. women's hymen usually breaks their first time but other things can break it too like tampons and really active sports. but no there's no way to tell.
