Now, i have a huge problem. I have had bad panic attacks for 5 years now, i have seen 2 doctors and a councillor, but none will prescribe me drugs, i have now gave up on the nhs as they have put me on a waiting list now. I tried internet sites but all want money to help you. The trigger to my attacks began when i was attacked on my first night drinking when i was 15/16. My parents divorced at that time/i had lived my whole life with domestic violence and bullying at school, i managed to control them at college till my boyfriend started being abusive, then they came back. The worst trigger is work now , i have work tomorrow or im fired, i cant face it, i shake nervously , blush. sweat, stutter and others notice now. Worried i might just crack. Is there anyone out there who controlled their attacks in the space of 24 hours, how?

My girlfriend and I are looking after a hand-fed lovebird for a few weeks. The bird seems normal and healthy, but he keeps trying to hide or burrow under pillows, towels, clothes, etc.

Is this normal? Why is he doing this? I keep worrying that we're gona lose track of him and end up sitting on him accidentally or something.

My husband & I (both English) got married in the USA four years ago. We applied for the marriage licence at the State County Courthouse and returned there after the ceremony to have it stamped & validated. We have always assumed there was nothing more we needed to do but now have a niggling feeling that perhaps we should have it registered with some government "body" in the UK to ensure it is legally recognised in the UK. Any thoughts / advice much appreciated!

About one month ago, I saw a conversation on "The Situation with Chris Tucker", (on MSNBC at 11pm). Chris Tucker and a lady, (who's name has excaped me) were discussing how China, much because of their abortion practices, is becoming overwhelmingly masculine. While the US and UK are becoming too effeminate, (much do to the feminist movement, obviously).

They began to discuss the danger this poses from a military aspect. China can definitely match the US and UK with technology, (when needed). Yet, China can crush both with military population. Even further, within 20 years, China will greatly overshadow the US and UK in man power. China will also only grow in fierceness and aggretion as the male population increasingly overtakes the female population. This does not even consider the possibility of a union between China and another force, (such as Russia or Germany).

Would the US and UK be able to stop China? Is China becoming a stronger, masculine, militant force without our noticing?
