A keeper, if it's in good condition...both Honda and Toyota have done really well with their cars over the last 20 years or so, high mileage engines and transmissions are not uncommon...like 200k miles etc. Darn japanese, they had a good ruler...
If you're looking for specifics on your model, try and find the sticker either on the driver's door, or under the hood, it can give you the exact information you're looking for...or your owner's manual....all else fails, call Honda...

the 91 accord dx has 5 speed manual standard but the ex,lx and se are optional.

I am not sure your question makes sense. If you are speaking of the trim level, it could be any of them It was optional on the DX, LX and EX
