Losing Wallace was quite a blow to the defense. Flip Saunders is no picnic either.

Losing Wallace was huge. Wallace was one of the reasons why they won so many games. He brought the defense. The new guy couldn't carry Wallace's jock strap. They are not going to be a championship team this year. Billups and Hamilton are going to have to step up their game if the Pistons expect to make the playoffs.

yall acting like B.Wallace made the Pistons who they were. All 5 starter made the Pistons a team. B.Wallace hardly ever scored yeah he has great D but who cares. The Pistons need some scorers, yeah of course offense and defense too.
And if B.Wallace is such a great player he should of took ova so the Pistons wouldn't have got beaten by the Heat
But to answer the question know they will not stink and they gone blow the Bulls out next season!!

Yes losing Ben wallace on defense will hurt them but it could make them better on offense becuase on the offensive end ben wallace was only good for rebound the guy only averaged like 6 pts a game which is crappy for a NBA starting center.

Well... Flip is a good coach, we'll see what he can bring in to replace Big Ben with.

No, they are still a pretty good team. Nazr isn't as good as Ben was but he's a good center who will play good defense, just keep him off the free throw line.

I don't think they will stink but I do think my Bulls will be a lot better. Tyson Chandler wasn't doing much for us and now that Ben is here I think our defense will be much better.

I don't think any team with Rip Hamilton on it will stink, but I can't see them competing without a dominant big man.

I don't think they'll be horrible, Nazr Mohammed will fill in ok, but I'd say the dynasty is definately over.
