I dated a man for four years and we lived together for 3. He told me to move out 2 years ago, so I did. He then begged me back as soon as he realized I was w/ someone else. About 4 months ago the same thing happened again. So I moved out but I waited a few months before even considering dating. Finally I met an awesome man, everything I ever wanted, but a little less attractive. Then the ex started begging me back again. He says it wont happen again. Let me remind you that I am only 20 and he is 22, so immaturity can play a role, too. So now I broke it off with the new one and told him I need to think about my life. But I have been spending time with my ex. Every other day I feel differently towards each of them. When I am with one I miss the other and vice-versa. They are both waiting around for an answer. Personally I don't care about my ex waiting cuz he has made me wait. But I feel like i can't make the other one wait anymore. I don't know how to decide which to be with. Help!!

So i am a part time nanny and I am quite busy this summer with babysitting for a bunch of families and my sister's wedding coming up in August. I applied to be an applebee's server at the end of last school year and they just called to have me come in for an interview. I am 18 and I really need to make money for school. I was wondering if anyone knows how much on average an applebee's server makes. I know if I ask the owner they will tell me they get good tips and bla bla bla just so they look good and I take the job. Let me know if you think it's worth my time or I should just keep nannying for the summer. I do want to have a life outside of work but I don't know.

My dog ran away this morning. He has a microchip and I called the company to locate him. Have you ever had this happen and how effective is the chip in helping to locate the animal?
Also, I called the county shelter and they said they are backed up due to the holiday so if I don't hear anything to come down and look for him. I don't want someone else to adopt my dog!
What should I do?? Does the chip work? The chip company is AVID.

Have contacts consisting of service providers and prospective clients. Need to assign prospective clients to a particular service provider. Then, need to be able see views/reports sorted by providers, provder's city/state, etc. Then, need to be able to easily send out invoices or Status Reports to the Service Providers. For example:
Have 100 consultants (service providers). Periodically, I get people who need consulting. I match them up with consultants. I charge consultants a small fee for the referral. So, I need to easily track the relationships and be able to send correspondence to the consultants - either an invoice or a "referral activity" report showing them who they've been assigned. Correspondence will need to be via email, fax or mail.

My daughter was potty trained 6 months before her 2nd birthday. BUt because of the day care that she was in and the refused to move her up she had to wear a diaper and go in the diaper. Well, no I have taken her out of the day care and I want her to go potty. She refuses to tell me she has to potty until after she has done it. She that she has had a bowl movement because she brings me the baby wipes to clean her. IF I don't do it when she wants it off she takes off her pamper and starts to wipe herself. She likes wearing panties but she always urinates in them and gets very upset when I take them off and don't put on another pair. There are times when she tells me that she has to potty but she doesn't do anything. How do I get her to go to the potty? I do still have pull ups on her because she doesn't go to the bathroom and she hides when she urinates in the panties so no one will notice that she is wet or a wet spot in the floor. HELP!PLEASE!

I believe I have had some form of it since Age 16. I was never treated for it until a year ago. I am now 25 and it really causes a lot of pain (9 our of 10 at times) and limits my enjoyment of life. I have tried countless doctors and chiropractors and have had an MRI done which shows the curve in my thoracic, but all have said its not that bad of a curve. That is good news, the problem is no one has an answer for the pain I feel because of it. And as I have said before, the pain is at times severe.

I have a regular cab 03 Dodge Ram. I have two high end kicker 15's behind the seat. ofcorse the box is alot smaller than it should be. Also, my old Lanzar 15's were bigger than the holes and I had to shave down around the speaker holes. So these new 15's are allowing some air to escape. Do you think the popping is coming from the air escaping or the lack of air space in the box, or something else that you can think of?

I have two documents that are identical in columns, but one is a master list. People do inputting in a weekly document, then have to populate to the master using "cut'n'paste" method. I want to automatically populate the master, and have the entries alphabetized. Access is not an option; this needs to be strictly an EXCEL solution, if there is one.
