Even when they never paid attention to you before.

It's interesting that some people appear to be offended by the question. I never said I was doing anything (e.g. flirting) to get the attention. It's just an observation.

1. Someone wants you and that someone is their friend who they respect. There must be a reason they want you, and this means you might be domesticated, normal or attractive.
2. They might also now consider you safe to flirt with, because you're taken. Most women relax their guard when you're not dealing with someone misinterpreting your attention.
3. Sheer competitiveness.

It's called forbidden fruit syndrom, they can't have you, but their friend does, so now they wanna know what you got that their friend is interested in. It can break up relationships. Happened with my wife and her sister, the sister kept "acidently" walking in on me in the shower. Luckily she never got a peek at anything except my back.

simple because the feeble female mind, now suddenly finds you worthy of approval.
see women do everything to be liked by the maximum number of people, they are insecure creatures by nature.
so if one friend has a guy, that obviously means that the guy is a source of approval amongst her other friends.
hence the hotts for you

So the old saying goes 'You always want what you can't have'. People are strange like that, they want what's not theirs and are interested in things that are out of reach. Just keep those girls at an arm's length.

I think because it makes the friends see HER in a different way. She's now part of a couple. What is it about HIM that she likes so much? It's like a mystery to them and it turns them on.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX maybe it's because they have a lot in common with her. You like certain qualities about her which you may see in them as well. They are probably paying more attention to you out of respect for their friend. They had reason to ignore you before , now you have mutual friends. XXXXXXXXXXXX

because if you're a nice guy, they want that. happens all the time. the best is when you break-up with the girl and then you become the worst person in the world and they all hate you. women are friggin nuts.

I would say she is probably saying a lot of nice things about you! Bragging about nice things you say and do. Eat up all the attention! And focus on your Girl. You will get RESPECT!

Because you did not know much about them until you dated your girlfriend , then you start to learmn more about their personalities and such so you become more attracted to them. And it's also the want what you can't have theory.
