It depends on what kind of salad I am having. If I am having say, a chicken finger salad, then I like ranch with it. If I am having a buffalo chicken salad, then I like bleu cheese. I like to put basalmic vinagrette on my all veggie salads and of course greek dressing on my greek salad, mixed with a little ranch.

I have various kinds and some homemade kinds. One is olive oil mixed with gourmet vinegar and lemon juice. I add some very finely chop herbs to it and sprinkle over salad.
