ok so
one day a shop owner hired a night-watchman to watch his jewlery store and...well...night.
on his first night working, the watchman calls the shop owner and says " i think something really bad is going to happen, sir!! i had a dream that someone will rob this store tomorrow morning! i think you should keep a closer eye on this store tomorrow!"
The owner of the shop immediently fires the watchman...why???

I recently upgraded from the sidekick 2 to the new sidekick 3. However after inputting my simcard in the sidekick3 I noticed that I lost all of my downloads which included games, applications, and ringtones. I was wondering can I get them back or are they just lost forever.

Our office has been getting quite a few new employees recently, and there are more on the way. It is very important that people be consistent with procedures. Someone suggested that we make a book/instruction manual to orient new people. It would need to explain procedures as well as give detailed information of the forms we use and when we use them. What I need are suggestions for how to do this effectively and concisely. I'm not really sure where to begin. There is a lot of information to work with and I really don't want to write a novel.

I don't know any updates or anything ... sorry. But I wanted to say that anyone who is missing him ... pick up a copy of any Donny Hathaway cd and you will hear where Elliott got his vocals from. I love Elliott and when he sang "Song for You" by Donny Hathaway, I only knew the Michael Buble version, well, once I heard the Donny version I started to understand Elliott a lot more ... can't wait till he hits it big!
