Bellsouth is my primary ISP but when up north they only provide dial up so I have Verizon as my summer ISP I am receiving e-mails sent to bellsouth but cannot reply or send. HELP Russ

On the machine on the Verizon network, in your e-mail client, set the SMTP server to be Verizon's, not Bell South's.

If you can recieve e-mails but can not send in Outlook Express, then you need to check the settings for Incoming and Outgoing under the Account settings for that e-mail accounts. You can also have both e-mail accounts set up to to be put in one inbox in Outlook Express.

females and gents i imagine that a lot of you're forgetting the seriousness of the Benghazi incident, 4 (4) American lives were lost as therefore of the movements or lack of movements of the 0bama regime. This in no longer an difficulty of who did or who did not write the e-mails its about 4 (4) American lives.
