Havent you ever heard of Pee Wee Herman..he was arrested and was in a XXX theater..lol He still got in trouble . At least he had more reason to do then you do just hanging in a park.

I would have to say in every state, country and continent you would certainly risk being arrested by doing this. You'd be surprised how upset parents would get if their children happened by and saw you doing this.
