From what I know this is an automatic procedure. The chips are just being earned upon registration. Personally I prefer the http://www.pacificpoker.com/?sr=944826 version of Texas Holdem.

Don't pay attention to dashwarts. Party Poker has the latest software which can detect when two players accounts have been playing at teh same table a lot. When it detects this it can, and will move them so they can't play together.
The casinos have thought all this stuff through and have taken precautions to protect themselves from such things occuring! It would be bad PR if they didn't!
So play safe. And the only way to get chips in the millions is to win them in a tournament or to deposit millions of dollars. I'm guessing the second option isn't really an option at all and that you will have to do well in a tournament of some sort.

You gotta go all-in a lot in the beginning. When you get a few callers and win you'll be around 10K. Then, do it again until you get to like, 100K. Then go to the bigger denomination rooms and play hard and win. You'll be a millionaire in no time.

Here's a tip: Some friends all get to 1 table and phone each other their hands. THIS IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO ARE UNAWARE AND IS ALSO POSSIBLY ILLEGAL, but they still do it... If you suspect this type of play, move to a DIFFERENT table and hope they don't follow.
