is it legal to paint murals with famous paintings on a public place?

im thinking about opening a restaurant, and i wanna get some murals painted with famous paintings like those of salvador dali, is this legal or do i need to get some sort of permission?

Why Did I Get Fired?

I worked at a pet store for 3 weeks. I did everything my boss said, I cleaned up the store, cleaned all 40 animal cages by myself! Price marked stuff, i sold pets and pet supplies to customers, I helped customers too. Then out of the blue he tells me "Your a nice kid I like you but your just not what were looking for." Just Like that he fires me. I dont get it, all the employees in the store like me and laughed at my jokes, my boss even did!! His daughter even thought I was funny. I dont know what I did wrong. Why did he fire me can someone tell me.

How do I see the doctor when I have panic attacks?

Catch 22 - I have panic disorder to the point of not being able to go a mile from the house. I've grown a resistance to my meds and they do not sedate me. I have an appointment this wednesday to have a new med program prescibed, but I can't make it to the doctor to get it. What do I do? Getting there will just have me be seen, but there is nothing that can take care of immediate attacks that occur en route or at the doctor. Just a slip of paper, "try this" and good luck making it back home, freak. My anxiety is high, my temper is bad and I'd almost prefer being shot than making this appointment.

I do prefer answers from people that understand or have experienced panic disorder as most that have no idea just say "be a man and take it." Not helpful in this situation.

My boyfriend hasn't done anything at all and today's my birthday, should I be mad?

Today's my birthday and my boyfriend hasn't even said happy birthday or anything. Two days ago was my birthday party with him and 3 of my friends who are girls, he didn't get me a present or anything though. He's really nice & he deffinatly knew today was my birthday. Should I be mad?

How can I tell the MACAddress if users who connect to my wireless router so I can block them?

I want to use the feature with my router that allows me to deny specific MAC Addresses. I'm in an apartment complex and there are a few people who connect to my router which causes me problems with signal drop outs. I cant secure it or make it so only the MAC Addresses that I list are allowed, because it doesnt let me use my wireless gaming adaptor with it, so I want to block specific MAD Addresses, If anyone know how I can find the MAC Address of the other machines connecting to me, that'd be great.
