I know blokes would most probably say:
A good pair of boobs
A nice @ss etc but I believe its all about personality whether you are a boy, girl, woman or man.
Yes looks have a part of it but their personality is what we fall in love with. One example if you go for looks evetually the relationship will die. Whereas personality you will have a life long partner.
Looks are a bonus. Don't forget nobodies perfect and there is no such thing as normal.

Understanding..because it takes a lot of understanding to deal with the ignorance that men as a whole are capable of. From acting like a moron with his buddies to looking at other women..to being the best friend that you can ask for while still being a pain in the butt at times.

the ability to be able to multitask
have to carry on running the world, feed the kids, spend quality time with your bloke (or try to find one) do the housework, do the shopping, go to work, pay the bills
not too mention find time to do hair, make up etc and look fabulous all the time!
