The attorney for mother's estate did not file the deed indicating transfer of property. Now the attorney says the estate owes money and he cannot do anything until resolved. Meanwhile i am out of cash. This 'friend' not responding to phone calls to get matter resolved. I realize I need an attorney but is there a way to get title resolved.

I haven't told a guy I'm in love with him, and my family is planning on moving to North Carolina. Everyone thinks I would have more opportunities there, but I would miss this guy too much.

I haven't even told the guy that I'm in love with him, we're just friends right now. Should I tell him, and stay where I live? Or should I move, and not tell him? It's almost impossible to find a job here, but I am going to try a few more places before I decide what to do. Even if I made a lot of money in NC, I would probably be really unhappy, because I wouldn't get to see him.

Any insight would be helpful, thanks.

In order to obtain a student loan, banks have to have an agreement with the particular school, but the problem is I'm going through a non profit organization, so I'm not able to obtain a loan through that. Should I just take out a personal loan? I'd really appreciate it if someone could help.

I used Adderall last October, and it really helped me. I had gotten high and all the before, and that wasnt what this drug was doing to me. My parents dont want to take me to the doctor because they think that I will lie while taking the ADD test just to be able to get high legally. I personally wouldnt do that. I have been clean for almost a year. But the thing is, if its for my own well being and health that my parents are depriving me of, should i get it through other ways? i have a friend that said she would give me some. So i know it would be safe, and nothing else added, but I simply dont know. Should I or should i not get Adderall behind my parents back?
