If you have two buckets, one with red paint and the other with blue paint, and you take one cup from the blue bucket and poor it into the red bucket. Then you take one cup from the red bucket and poor it into the blue bucket. Which bucket has the highest ratio between red and blue? Prove it mathematically.

okay, hmmm... how do you poor paint? is some paint poor and some rich, gee you do hear about rich colors. and I think this is a trick question, see, because where does the cup COME FROM that you are supposed to take out of the bucket, gee, what if it's not IN there? and how much paint, what if there is only one cup-ful in each bucket? now doggone it, I am gonna have to stay up ALLLLLLL night an' figure this out....

Blue buckets, coz u just take 1 cup from blue buckets

The blue bucket becuase you would have added the one cup you originally taken out of it PLUS an additional cup of red to it.

Purple

You put one cup of blue into the red = purple

then you took one out of the used to be red and put it into the blue = dark purple

so now you have a lot of purple, no longer do you have red and blue

that depends on how big the buckets are and if you stirred the blue into the red before taking the cup full of it out ( you can pore to one side , not stir and take out of the other side and your cup of red will not contain any blue then they would be equal ratios )

they both have the same amount of paint..well lets say u have 3 cups of paint in each bucket
bucket blue=(3)-1 cup
bucket red=(3)+(1)blue=4redblue
bucket blue=(2)+1 mixed=3 mixed paint
bucket red=4 mixed paint-1 mixed paint=3 mixed paint

you put blue to the red, then the blue-red to the blue

they're not seperate colors anymore they're light purple and dark purple
