My son's girlfriend who lives with us received a supeona for collection of a very old citi bank account (2000) that had been charged off by citi. when she had the money four years ago, she tried to pay it but they refused saying it had been charged off. now this--with tons of interest and fees added on by the collection agency. she has a job now, but is leaving in aug.to go back to school. really , no money. what do you think.

i get comments from friends about the whites of my eyes being a yellowish hue...i understand this could be jaundice, but my skin isn't yellowing and the mucous membranes in my mouth aren't either...i also don't suffer from much fatigue or a loss of appetite...could it still be jaundice? or something else? i'm an otherwise healthy, 20 year old male! i'm worried!

I recently had an opportunity to spend a lot of time in Canada, BC to be specific. I have travelled a lot in my life and lived in several different places in the world. I am NOT military. My time in Canada brought me to some conclusions that I hadn't expected:
-The Canadians I met seemed closed minded to other nationalities. I noticed this in the way my friends spoke of East Indians and Arabs especially.
-There are TV shows that my Canadian friends love. The goal of one show is to simply make fun of people. This guy would go around and interview people. He would say outrageous things that no one would believe and people would go for it. It was very disrespectful but my Kanuck friends loved it.
-I noticed that there are many nationalistic "ugly" Canadians with Canadian flags on their cars, in front of houses, etc. I don't like to use flags.
Maybe this means I need to change my friends. Can anyone convince me that Canadians are not this way. Thanks.

My church's youth group painted a wall mural in their youth room, and then several clouds each year with their signatures. We're thinking of redecorating the room - and we'd like to keep the signatures and mural. Is this possible? It's just painted on white paint on cinder block.

The premise behind Magic Mountain is you run, jump off a cliff, yell out what you've always wanted to be, and you'll turn into it.

my in-laws live 2 doors away and my father-in-law feels that he can just come up here and take stuff that dont belong to him....after 2 yrs of putting up with it i finally put my foot down....i told him stop taking my stuff (called him bunch names) and he does it again....i took it bk and said u take my sh** again im calling the cops and reporting a theft....im not that kinda person if i know ya(calling cops) but how else am i gonna get it through this guys head??
