I love them! For fruit I either use bananas, pears, strawberries etc. Then add lactose-free milk, old-fashioned oatmeal, smoothie mix, mix nuts, yogurt and sometimes peanut butter. I swear, it's sooooo good! (Hey, I have to be creative!)

I sometimes feel I am alone in this situation. I am in my 40's and have a very strong and healthy sexual appetite. Am I alone or are there other people out there with the same drive as me.
