Yes and no.

There are some applications out there that can recover deleted files in certain circumstances.

When you "delete" something, you aren't really deleting it. You're telling the operating system to deallocate that space from the filesystem and free it up for writing; the data remains on the disk platter. So as long as it hasn't been overwritten with another file, one of those applications may be able to recover the picture.

if you just deleted them normaly then they will be in the recicaling ben and you can restore them if you completely deleted them insead of just deleting them to the ben or you emtpied it then some experts can find it but it might cost you a lot. and i'm not sure how to find them the police use them to find evidence on criminals computers

if u hav deleted the pictures but not emptied the recycling bin then,they would be resting there....otherwise they'r gone with the windz...
