They aren't too hard, I've passed them in 2 states. Don't worry about the math (like everyone does). what appears on the math part is actually quite easy on the test. But the best strategy is to read a little every day and get a sample test booklet for your state (your library probably has one) so you can practice some questions and get the hang of it.

Its actually very easy. As long as you study during the course you will be fine.

There's a lot of corruption too. People hand out the test answers beforehand. If you wanted to cheat you could.

I'd suggest for your own moral ethics not to cheat and study. You will invariably use the terms once you start your job.

What state?? They are all different, at least the state portion is, the federal portion will remain the same.
