First of all its in New Orleans so there's part of the problem but those police were put on suspension after this until they was an investigation. I don't know the outcome of the investigation but they should be thrown into prison with the rest of the criminals.

why do people like you always stick up for criminals and NOT the victims...i have no pity for anyone who breaks the law...why didn't the man comply with the officers orders? it is his OWN stupid fault for not listening to the please...now that i have wasted 1 minute of my life on this...you should move on too...
