I would like to make a low-fat shake becuase i'm starving, (lol) but I don't have like protein whey or anything...i have milk and Ice..and perhaps some other ingrediants..does anyone have a good recipe thats both healthy and actually good tasting? My tummy thanks you!

It angers me and inspires me. Whenever i start to feel that the fight for equality just isnt worth it, I visit the mattew sheppard website and it fires me up again.

Can anyone tellme of any other such cases of discrimination that have been portrayed publicly. I think that the more that we can show these cases of horrible treatment then the more chance we have of achieving equality.

Okay, My sister has had to have morphine when she gave birth and was in the hospital, well for the last couple of years she feels the urge to shoot up or what not....so we were wondering where I could go to find out about why she craves it. Its hard for me, I cant blame it over stress but sometimes all it takes is just a stupid insignifficant comment and I will be set off. I am not saying in a crazy way. But I will begin to say hurtfull things to that person. Who ever it may be. Freinds and Family. Its funny how we are good at solving other peoples problems but when it comes to our own we are kinda lost.

An officer I know was working and a guy was drunk and disorderly. Cop was arresting the guy. The guy's designated driver showed up so the cop decided to give the guy a break. Cop let the guy go (took handcuffs off the fool) with his friend that came to pick him up. This was a weekend night. The next Monday, the guy that got the break called the cops supervisor FOUR times to complain. Of course the cop got in a little trouble for NOT arresting the guy when he should have gone to jail for disorderly conduct.
Do you think this officer is going to be giving any breaks any time soon? And should this officer give anyone a break again?
Jerks like that mess it up for all of you. And you wonder why cops are so 'by the book'....

It is hardly any cost to me and seems really logical. It talks about investing in one another. it wont cost me hardly anything except for stamps, envelopes, and a name list to mail to. i am staying away from my husband and have to be away from him for next 4-5 months..we have no option..we speak to each other everyday and chat...he pampers me..but he is having very bad temper...he shouts on me for some stupid reason and gets angry..dont speak to me..wht shud i do..how shud i behave..he says tht i dunno how to tackle problem..i really dont undertsnad..wht shud i do..first is long distance and second is is temper is bad,,i just dunno how to react..but i love him a lot...sometimes he sayd he is lucky to have me n when angry says i m his mistake..wht the hell. i feel lik stupid stuck in between..
