I've had wet dreams. I'd imagine it's caused by the same mechanism as men's wet dreams - because of a build up of sexual tension with no release.

no. only boys have it. wet dreams are wen sperm is released. us women don't have sperm. we carry the egg cells. thats why we have periods. we can't get wet dreams only boys can.
